Shanti Devi's Chef Training is a comprehensive learn-by-doing intensive that will empower you to prepare vital and delicious foods for yourself and your loved ones and provide you with the skills necessary to develop menus, facilitate food demos or host your own dinners.
*The
training is open to all regardless of prior experience in food preparation
or conventional Chef training qualifications*

Class III-
Balancing the 5 Flavors, Food Combining and Sprouting.
Soups, Dressings, The Raw 'Dairy'; Fermented Cheeses, Sour Cream, Yogurt...
Class
IV-
Desserts.

*The Chef training is offered as a private, one-on-one
immersion and can be custom tailored to include more of your specific culinary
skill needs and wants.
*The Chef Training can also be conducted in small groups of up to 4 people.
*It is possible to organize larger groups and if you wish to organize a small
group in your local community I will be happy to travel to your location anywhere
around the world!
*The Chef training takes place at your home or in Soho, NYC
