Each Class is 4-5 hours long

Class I-
Equipment and Kitchen setup.
Dehydration: Crackers, Chips, Tortillas, Crepes, Crusts...

Class II-
Simple Meal Ideas, Deconstructing Cooked Food Textures and Creative Meal Composition.
Sauces, Simple Side Salads, Dips, Fillings, Pates, Burgers & 4-6 hour dehydrated snacks...

Class III-
Balancing the 5 Flavors, Food Combining and Sprouting.
Soups, Dressings, The Raw 'Dairy'; Fermented Cheeses, Sour Cream, Yogurt...

Class IV-
Desserts.
Nutmilks, Smoothies, Dessert Creams, Bars and Treats, Mousse, Pudding, Ice Cream, Crusts, Pies and Cookies.

STRUCTURE AND LOCATION:
*The Chef training is offered as a private, one-on-one immersion and can be custom tailored to include more of your specific culinary skill needs and wants.
*The Chef Training can also be conducted in small groups of up to 4 people.
*It is possible to organize larger groups and if you wish to organize a small group in your local community I will be happy to travel to your location anywhere around the world!
*The Chef training takes place at your home or in Soho, NYC
